Programme profile
This programme produces biotechnology and life sciences graduates who are specifically qualified to apply maths, statistics and informatics to the structural and functional analyses of genomes. Graduates in Genomics will be able to interrogate, organize, annotate and curate biological datasets, and to provide tools and insights for the comprehension of -omic data and for the systems biology of prokaryotes and higher organisms, including humans.
Fees calculated with reference to family income.
Entry Requirements
Three A-Levels and three GCSEs, to include subjects that would allow access, in the UK, to a Degree programme similar to Genomics
Six passes at Leaving Certificate, inc 2 x H5, to include subjects that would allow access, in Ireland, to a Degree programme similar to Genomics
