TU/e’s world-class portfolio of Engineering degrees is underpinned by its ‘Bachelor College’. As a student of this Bachelor College you get plenty of scope to compose your own study on the basis of your interests and ambitions. Do you want to go deeper in a specific subject or would you rather explore the breadth by combining different subjects? Coaches and lecturers offer you support in whichever choice you make.
All programmes comprise [1] a Basic Foundation [2] a Basic Programme in User, Society & Enterprise [USE} [3] A Major [4] Electives. TU/e offers 15 majors, of which 7 are in English.
The Basic Foundation comprises Maths, Applied Natural Sciences, Modelling, Design, USE and Professional Skills.
The Automotive Engineering programme is a major in the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree. All first years in the Electrical Engineering programme, share the first year, whatever their 2nd and 3rd year major might be.
Entry Requirements
Three A-Levels, including Maths and Physics at Grades A-C
Six subjects at Leaving Certificate, at Higher level, including at least two at H4. Subjects to include H4 Maths and Physics.
