Programme profile
The objective of this programme is to prepare students for maintaining an extensive international network with a wide knowledge of organisation, management, cultural difference and business economics.
This programme trains you to do business in several languages in the international business or tourism sector: in addition to English, you choose minimally two other modern foreign languages. You work on your languages skills and acquaint yourself with the cultures of the various regions. Export management, International Business and Trade & Sales Management are pivotal in this programme. One semester study at a partner university and two semesters internship at a company are also part of the study.
Entry Requirements
3 A-levels and 3 GCSEs OR 2 A-Levels and 4 GCSEs OR relevant BETEC Level 3 Extended Diploma
[subjects to include Maths and a 'good knowledge of a second language']. A Business/Economics subject preferred.
Six passes at Leaving Cert [two at H5], to include Maths a 'good knowledge of a second language'. A Business/Economics subject preferred.
