Programme profile

This intensive programme is strong on both theory and its practical application. There is a heavy focus on identifying and developing your personal and business skills.

Programme content

The first year of the programme enables students to begin to build a comprehensive vision of business organisations and the business environment.

In the second year you will have learning experiences that are closer to real business situations, both in the kind of tasks and the proposed work activities. For example, you will be asked to solve a real-life, business-related problem, which requires putting into practice the knowledge acquired in the previous year's subjects. You will also acquire strategic perspectives of the functional business areas. Also, in this year, there is a focus on the competences needed for you to deal successfully with your first Internship and/or International Exchange Programme.

In the fourth year, . you will spend most of yout time away from campus, on your Internship or Exchange Programme, which my (or may not) be in the same country. You will then engage with your Bachelor’s Thesis

All undergraduate programmes at ESADE include, as part of their curriculum, instruction in a second foreign language: Mandarin Chinese, French or German.

This programme has an excellent record for the employment of graduates.
