The Bachelor of Midwifery Science degree is a four year degree programme. Following successful completion of the programme, students are eligible to apply to register as a midwife with An Bord Altranais. The programme consists of theoretical and clinical modules.

Entry Requirements
Students must present six subjects of which two must be at grade C or above at Advanced GCE (A-Level. The other subjects must be at least at grade C or above on GCSE or Advanced Subsidiary GCE (AS) papers. The six subjects must include: English, Mathematics, a Laboratory Science subject and a language other than English.
