Programme content

This programme is based on the major/minor model. This means the programme consists of a major subject (major), a specialisation minor and a differentiation minor. Your major, in Creative Business, Communication & Media makes up 50% of the programme and will provide a broad foundation for your studies. You will cover subjects such as research, marketing, concept development and trends, planning and control, and management and organisation.

Your specialisation minor - Music Management - will begin in the first year. This will allow you to focus on specific aspects and competencies that are particularly important for your degree. Examples of courses and lectures are entertainment industry concepts, negotiating skills, business analysis and concepts, management skills, media law and account management.

From the start of the third year, you can broaden or deepen your study by selecting a differentiation minor which matches your own personal interests and ambitions, such as:  Artist management; Experience management; Live entertainment management; Brand management; Radio production; TV production.
