The UCD Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree has a long tradition at the forefront of business and management education in Ireland. This is a degree that gives you a solid understanding of the business environment with the flexibility to pursue YOUR BComm – Option and elective choices throughout the degree allow you to hone your knowledge and skills in the area of business that interests you most and therefore, enables you to develop the skills, knowledge and insights to make a positive difference in business and society and achieve your ambitions.
You have multiple language options and must choose a combination of two languages (from Chinese French German Italian Spanish) when applying through the CAO process. All of which can be studied from a beginners level except French.
In third year you will spend a year abroad studying at one of our partner universities. This is an excellent opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the culture of your country of choice. You can improve your understanding of the international business environment and develop skills which are valued by employer
Entry Requirements
Students must present six subjects of which two must be at grade C or above at Advanced GCE (A-Level. Others must be at least at grade C or above on GCSE or Advanced Subsidiary GCE (AS) papers. The six subjects above must include:English, Mathematics and a language other than English.
