BA ActingAdd to shortlist
Programme profile
This programme is “designed to provide the highest quality vocational education and training”. The programme involves rigorous and practical professional training, business and entrepreneurial development, and historical and conceptual studies. Whether you are on stage, backstage or behind the camera, you will be involved in a large number of major production projects.
Although principally based around the work of Stanislavski, the programme does not dictate a particular approach to acting, but rather gives the individual student the opportunity to develop as an independent creative practitioner, with their own approach to acting and performance.
Programme content
The programme is an integrated programme with ten principal areas of study: Acting Performance (stage and screen); Performance (stage and screen); Movement; Dance; Voice; Singing; Professional Practice; Performing Arts Business and Entrepreneurship; Theatre History and Context; Interdisciplinary Practice
